The images on this page are examples of some of the work we have done when working for a commercial production studio. Most of this work was performed in our "Home Studio". Our purpose for including these items is to demonstrate our workmanship capabilities and to illustrate that we are accustomed to working on large projects in a relatively small shop.
Our role in the production of new panels and windows consisted of picking up materials from the main studio, cutting the glass, leading, soldering, glazing, cleaning and then delivering them back to the studio. Other work, including design, painting, installation, etc. was performed by other employees and artists. In the case of renovations we would pick up the windows or panels and necessary materials at the studio, transport them to our shop and perform the required steps to rework them. This usually meant a complete disassembly, replacement of broken/cracked glass, releading, glazing, and sometimes reframing. |
